What is your Return Policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority – if you have any problems, questions, or wish to return an item, please let us know by calling our Web Customer Service at 800-424-0943 or by emailing webcustomerservice@weholdfast.com. Please include your Sales Order number, PO Number, or Pack Slip number. Hours of Availability:  Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time (United States)

What shipping method will you use to ship my order?

You may select from several shipping methods during order checkout. For expedited FedEx service, the order must be placed by 11:00 AM CT/Noon PM ET (orders placed on a holiday or other non-business day will be processed and shipped the next business day). Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping; those offers are subject to the terms and conditions of that offer, and those shipments will ship with our preferred carrier to addresses within the contiguous U.S. only. 

What if my order is missing items or damaged?

We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please call (800) 424-0943 or (870) 423-6242, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time, to speak with a customer service representative. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

How can I request rush shipping for my order?

Orders that require rush processing or special handling may be subject to a handling fee plus any expedited shipping charges; please contact our customer service service team at webcustomerservice@weholdfast.com or call us toll-free: 800-424-0943For expedited FedEx service, the order must be placed by 11:00 AM CT/12:00 PM ET for same day shipping (orders placed on a holiday or other non-business day will be processed and shipped the next business day).

Can I request my order to be delivered on a specific date?

Sorry, requested ship dates are not guaranteed but we will make our best attempt to support special requests.

How will my order ship if it is placed on back-order?

Back-orders will ship via the most cost-effective method.

What shipping method is used for deliveries outside the USA?

Outside of the 50 continental United States, shipments are shipped via USPS. Please note that we do not allow personalization for international orders.

When will my order ship?

Unless you select a specific shipping method upon checkout your package will be shipped in the most economical and efficient manner possible. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. Taxes and fees on your order will be calculated during checkout. Some states charge tax on shipping and handling fees in addition to state and local taxes on purchased goods. Shipping options will be provided during checkout. For expedited FedEx service, the order must be placed by 12:00 PM ET for same day shipping (orders placed on a holiday or other non-business day will be processed and shipped the next business day). Shipping discount offers are valid only for standard shipping to locations within the contiguous U.S. and require a minimum purchase. Minimum purchase amount is calculated on a single order after any discounts are applied and exclude taxes and shipping charges. Standard international rates for shipping apply. Note: Orders placed on a holiday or on a weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

If applicable, Sales Tax will be calculated on your order during the checkout process.

After my order is placed, when will it ship?

We will ship your package in the most economical and efficient manner possible.  In the event you select a shipping method upon checkout, we will ship using your method of choice.  Please allow 1-2 Business Days for your order to ship.  In the event your order is for an expedited shipping method, such as Overnight or 2nd Day Air, we suggest that you contact our Web Customer Service Team Toll Free at 800-424-0943.   They will be able to discuss options and delivery methods to meet your specific needs.  For Expedited FedEx/UPS Services, your order will need to be placed by 11:00 AM Central Standard Time.  Again, please contact our Web Customer Service Team with any questions.  Orders placed on weekends and/or Holidays will be processed within the next applicable Business Day.  When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your specific tracking information.

How can I change or reset my password?

You may change your password easily by signing into your WeHoldFast account and editing your account information. You will need to enter your new password twice, once to create it and once to confirm it. If you have forgotten your password and requested that we send you a new one through the Forgot Your Password? page, you should go to the Change Password page immediately to create a new password. It is important that your password be easy for you to remember and difficult for others to figure out. What payment methods can I use to place an order?

When placing an order at weholdfast.com you may use the following payment methods: Discover, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo, and PayPal.  We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment. We accept credit cards only from countries to which we ship.

Do your T-shirts shrink?

Hold Fast shirts have very little shrinkage.   For cotton (the most common T-shirt fabric), T-shirts may shrink a minimal amount during their first machine wash. Minimize shrinkage by using cold water and the washing machine's delicate cycle OR wash those precious Hold Fast T-shirts by hand.

Do you make Big & Tall shirts?

At this time, we do not offer the XLT shirts;  however, many of our styles are offered up to size 4X.

What materials are used to make your T-shirts?
